Traditional Handmade Greek Tagliatelle with Honey, Mustard & Lemon Balm

Our pasta has a story of its own. Our grains are planted in a high-altitude virgin and fertile soil so that the wheat ripens at a slow pace and retains its full flavor. The wheat is stone milled and worked in small quantities with the addition of our additional natural ingredients. Our pasta is then air dried at room temperature, ensuring that it is as fresh, tasty and nutritious as possible.
